 NINO MANFREDI protagonist of the “MILAZZO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL” directed by the director Annarita Campo
The festival debuts on June 27 and closes on August 13, 2021

The actor Nino Manfredi, who passed away a few years ago, will be the absolute protagonist of this third edition of the "Milazzo International Film Festival" founded in 2018 and directed by the famous Sicilian director Annarita Campo.
This year marks the centenary of the birth of the great Roman actor and so the director Annarita Campo wanted to pay homage to Manfredi's talent by dedicating the entire edition to him and assigning him a "Post-mortem career award".
The homage to the great actor was made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Manfredi family and in particular of his son, Luca Manfredi, director and friend of Campo.
We remember some films of the great Manfredi: "Totò, Peppino and the Malafemmina", "Venice, the moon and you", "I knew it well", "Strazia me but with kisses satiate me", "Our heroes will be able to mysteriously find the friend mysteriously disappeared in Africa? On TV instead we remember him for having interpreted successful fiction such as: "The adventures of Pinocchio", "Linda and the brigatiere", "An ordinary story", "The reasons of the heart", "A family defect", "The night di Pasquino ”and“ A quiet place ”.
Numerous contributions dedicated to the great Italian actor will be broadcast throughout the entire festival, which this year will be held online and will begin on June 27 and end on August 13.
The director Annarita Campo, artistic director of the “Milazzo International Film Festival” declares herself satisfied and proud of this new edition, also declaring to be excited for this dedication to the great actor Nino Manfredi.
